Stevie was great fronting Spencer Davis in the late 70's....Happy days at the Ritz ballroom West Bromwich! Nearly 40 years later, where did the years go?, and still one of the greats and yet much under-rated.

he is a great guitarist, better rocking and more emotional than clapton,I liked traffic a much, this lad is, amongst the rockbiz a more quiet and reserved lad, his voice isn't outstanding but presentable, a great song..hell ya

I never knew he played guitar until I saw him at Crossroads. That was also where I really got into this song. I once saw Clapton, admittedly in the days when he left it all to George Terry and refused to do Layla on principal, and found him a bit tedious - am I going to get hate mail now?
