i actually have the alliance tape...man! wow! and some dominoes pizza ads they did and In the Still of the Night without the Johnny mathis lead..when they first started Ced was still pursuing his Masters and Alvin was still in undergrad...but they were blessed!

you don't have to tell me..lol..i'm well aware of who arranged what...man, to me his THE best arranger of the 3 (him, mark and merv)..taking nothing away from the other 2..don't forget Family of Love and O thou that tellest good tidings to zion with the all time greatest singer Stevie Wonder..i was just responding to DetroitTwinz comment stating that Doc did most of the arrangements..but the Markitecht does most of them. Always has...peace

It's probably because Ced joined the group lately and, at that time, most of the songs of the first album were already done and Take 6 was singing those songs for some years (with Alliance)...His arrangements are awesome ! Check out I'm on my way, Silent Night, Lamb of God...

p.s. the ending is all Merv...look at the Spike Lee Specia...they point at Merv too.

if you watch the beginning of the Goldmine clip, Ced says he is the last of the arraging team, in fact, he'd done the least of the arrangements during Merv's tenure and a handful after his departure...but his are the sickest of them ALL...he didn't get any arr. credit til So Much To Say and none on the 1st LP.

It's Mark Who actually did this one. And M. kibble do more arrangement than the Doctor...
