I think that the Twilight series has it's curtain charm. It's an addicting story, that's for sure. But True Blood is more...vampire-y. They're both creative but True Blood is more like a vampire story than Twilight is.

twilight fanatics need to get a grip on themselves. the sookie stackhouse series has some aspects in common with the twilight series, but DUH of course they are...all vampire books do! personally, i think these books are way funnier and less angsty than the teenage oriented twilight. way more comedy, action, and sex. i havent started to watch the show yet...but it looks good so far. twilight fans need to realize that the sookie stackhouse books came out years before twilight did.

I LOVE this series, but I can't stand the fact the the only interracial pairing has limited sex scenes. Not that I need to see nudity, but it's kind of insulting that all the non-interracial couples show all the buttocks, breasts, humping, thrusting that you can think of, and the IR pairing shows only the beginning of the scene and when they finish. Well interracial couples have just as much HOT sex as same-race couples do. Other than that I like the show.
