I'm so sick of fucking liberal college faggots and the whole green/organic movement. I drink beer that I am sure is not organic. The beer I've been brewing does not have organic ingredients and I use a lot more water than I need to and let my propane burn longer than needed so it will damage the environment as much as possible. I also have styrofoam burried all over my yard. Every spray thing I use has aerosol.Fuck you tree hugging hippie

Like he says, homebrewing has been legal since 1978, it is illegal ( in the US ) to sell homebrewed beer without a lisence. No different than food right?

I find that the rubber gasket on the swing top doesn't hold a reliable seal when you're trying to bottle-condition over a longer period of time. The seal doesn't 'fail' per se, but the final product is a bit flat by comparison to that which is stored in bottles with metal caps

by secondary fermentation you mean adding the corn sugar before bottling? why are the swing tops not reliable?

Swingtops are good for some ales and lagers, but do not hold a reliable seal for bottle-conditioning and secondary fermentation.
