You also have the fluoride exposure from pesticide residue left on the crops when the food was grown too. ∆ Organic food does not have fluoride pesticide residue EAT ORGANIC - nuts seeds- like the Raw food diet- and other products made in the USDA organic program. Find a local farmers market -sprouts- start a garden ∆ filter your water -filters are on my page ∆

Germany - Holland-Belgium- do not fluoridate the water so drink beer from them and avoid domestic beer.

get a unfluoridated toothpaste - do not buy Toms of Maine since colgate bought them- Baking soda works or any other brand of unfluoridated toothpaste- ∆ and get a deodorant with no aluminum

according to my chemistry/physics teacher it's good for your teeth and even if it is bad for you you can't avoid it uless you stop drinknig water and brushing your teeth
