It's easier said than done plus some overweight people aren't likely to go to a public gym or exercise outside. think about it... how many times have you seen an overweight person running outside with no support so you see their fat jiggling. At least with a Wii Fit they can exercise within the comfort of their own home. Plus people who work all day and come home late can exercise at late nights. so there are some positive points to this game.

well this is crap... I actually think Wii Fit is a useful tool. Better than being a lazy gamer sitting on your ass all day playing video games and getting fatter. =P
