Yep! Alcatraz Mk1 came from the Swansea Bay Area, not the Frisco Bay Area... I can still see them in my mind's eye... ripping it up in Aberystwyth, surrounded by we appreciative hippies in tie-dyes and loons ('Dudes') or 'Pre-rahelite' Dresses ('Chicks'). Aahhhh memories!

Naaa... Alcatraz were a space-rock band from South Wales, which gigged a lot in the early 'Seventies. The laed guitarist pioneered climbing ..his stack and jumping off.

doesnt Graham look like David Bowie in this video. I like this alot more than the original.. almost as good as the stuff he did with Impellitteri.

its funny, but if you listen to this song and then compare it to some of malmsteens solo projects, its crazy the change. I mean, he's a great guitarist, but it seems that in his younger days his solos had more 'feeling'.
