This is canon in d major by pachelbel... This is one of many arrangements of the piece, as there is no tempo written on the original score as far as i know. Also, the original is written for three violins and basso continuo (usually cello/harpsichord) This arrangement contains vocals, lute, and other instruments...

You might be thinking of the Canon played in D major, which is the most known version. This is the origional version so the speed is as it should be. Happy new year everybody!
