It is called circular breathing. Many skilled singers and horn players learn how to do it. They are taking in air through their nose while continuing to sing or play.

god at 2:47 she sings for like 15-20 seconds without needing a breath. Amazing =)

No it's not, it's a female lead vocal and (sometimes) a children's choir accompanies.
