that was my time. strange to remember those images. something like that will never happen again, peaceful coexistence,etc. i am glad i have the memories. thanks for posting.

this was my era. It was a troubled time yet I can look back on it now as what an awesome event...never to happen again. It gives me both the warm and fuzzies and yet a very sad feeling too.

Hippies use music to express themselves emotionally, spiritually, and politically. Music can make a statement, give voice to a movement, even unite us. Woodstock is the most famous concerts of all and will live on forever.The people who played in Woodstock too!

It was shot on Super8 film, which did not capture sound - it cost $1 a minute to process this back then - so he couldn't go crazy filming. I'm just so glad we have this little bit of history.
