Holy Crap! What a find! As a ex- Western New Yorker, I was fortunate to see 805 in the 80's! Ya know, I'm not so big on new progressive-y type rock, but this shows, it can rock!: be melodic ; and be complex, but 'touchable!" I am looking for my 805 'records' as soon as I can tear myself away from these videos!! Thanks SO much for posting!

Just bought their Stand In Line LP on ebay, transferring to cd! Remember seeing these guys in the Buffalo NY area in the early 80's, what a great band! If you're watching, please do a buffalo reunion show!!!!

I remember Sky Harbor in LGNY...probably went to 2-3 805 shows there....also Lake Theater on Rt9in the village...805 last set was always a hoot....bars were open until 4am...805 didn't start a set until 11:30...usually a big drunken/high crowd waiting to be amazed once again...

OMG I am so glad someone else thinks this way. I remember 805 playing in Potsdam (probably 1980) and I went out after hearing them and bought the current (at the time) Genesis album. They also played often in Lake Placid...remember the snake??

Anybody remember them at Sky Harbor in Lake George?I tended bar in the early 80's at that joint.Everybody knew that was gonna be a full tilt bozo weekend when they played. You brought extra clothes 'cause you were'nt leaving the property for three days. Thanks for the nostalgia.Twas a wonderful time to be alive.

I just don't get! 805 has such GREAT TALENT!! Why this band never made the big time is beyond me?? I know one thing for sure.. They could have made millions doing Genesis. Why they never just stuck with the Genesis show and tried to marketed it is a other thing that's beyond me. I guess money is not everything to every band and a peace of mind is more important, and you have to give that respect.
