Dont drink those. Quote: most energy drinks contain stimulants(obviously). stimulants artificially stimulate your nervous system(again, obviously) which gives you more energy. however, like with any other drug, your body eventually grows tolerant. in this case your CNS(central nervous system) becomes so used to the artificial stimulation that it no longer works properly, and now you're worse off than you were when you started.
