Just so you guys know, The lvl THE STORM, if you want the skull you must not destroy both tanks before getting skull. It will disappear.Also, thanks for shwoing me the Grav lift location. Didn't know where to find some.

this is 4 xbluedragonx5..... the skull wont b there if u dont start the entire mission over.. if u start it from the middle or end its not gonna b there... nd this video helped. i was havin trouble gettin the skull with the rings...

I've tried to get the catch skull a billion times and everytime I go to get it IT ISN'T THERE! And I dont kill the wraiths or anything.
